AVA II drew inspiration from the instantly recognizable rooflines and facades of the original AVA product, but evolved the floor-plan and layout to maximize solar performance in an East/West orientation.

Wolfdene’s ‘AVA II’ townhouses received the Award for Excellence in the category of Affordable Housing at the recent Urban Development Institute of Australia’s 2015 Annual Awards.
